What do we do if we cannot find a cause for our infertility problem?
When no cause can be found for a couple's infertility, the condition is termed "unexplained infertility". This does not mean there is no cause, rather science has not advanced to the point that the etiology can be identified.
Many times couples with unexplained infertility will try FSH stimulated intrauterine insemination and if this fails, IVF is the best option for achieving pregnancy.
