Dr. Shaykh believes that each couple should be fully informed about he causes of their infertility and all available treatment options. He and his staff provide "in depth" information/education to insure that each couple agrees with his treatment recommendations. Ultimately, the treatment decision is the couples.

Dr. Shaykh offers treatments that other clinics may refuse because of concerns over their practice success rates. One example is IVF in the woman over forty years old where success rates are typically very low. Dr. Shaykh will let the patient choose the IVF option after fully explaining the likelihood of success and informing them about our donor egg IVF program where success rates are much higher. If, after being fully informed, the couple wants to pursue IVF with the mothers eggs, he will support their decision.
